CHARMCITY SKATEPARK POLICIES - We ask that you mask but we follow Gym regulations and guidelines for the state of Maryland. We are 31,000 square foot facility so social distancing is not a problem. We ask that you wear a helmet but it's not required. Just like the state of Maryland local public skateparks / facilities we are an at YOUR OWN RISK facility. WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED to ride. If you are on the course FOR ANY REASON you are required to have a valid signed waiver on file. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID WAIVER or are disputing the waiver you will be prosecuted as a trespasser.
